Marsha Shandur

Marsha Shandur (born 1977) is a radio presenter, DJ, music manager, voiceover artist and music supervisor who is also best known for presenting on Xfm London and Xfm Manchester (known just as Marsha).

Career

Marsha presented many shows on Xfm during her 8 years at the station (including Weekend Breakfast, Weekend Daytime and "The Weekender") before announcing that she was leaving Xfm to live in Toronto, Canada on the 8th January 2011.

She is the Music Supervisor for E4 shows The Inbetweeners and Made in Chelsea.

Along with fellow Xfm DJ Pete Donaldson she was a continuity presenter on Discovery Network's DMAX.

Marsha is credited with having discovered the band Scouting for Girls and, with the support of Xfm, helped them achieve commerical success.

She manages Sam Isaac, a recording artist who has received daytime radio plays from both BBC Radio 1 and Xfm and music on NBC's Chuck.

She also makes a podcast for Xfm called Marsha Meets... in which she has interviewed comedians such as Stewart Lee, Rufus Hound, Greg Davies, Richard Herring and Russell Kane. The Guardian has twice named it one of the world's Top Ten Best Comedy Podcasts.[1][2]
